“Back in 2020, like many of us I got COVID, and despite the early onset being fairly mild, what plagued my young family and I for over 14 months was the debilitating and heart-breaking illness that followed, an entire body I was no longer familiar with and one that didn’t cooperate with my requests. It was a dark time, I had to resign from a career which I adored, I was unable to care for my children. My mental health suffered.

I learnt more about myself in those 14 months of illness than in my entire 40 years. About the impact of our day-to day wellbeing on good mental health, about the importance of supporting our bodies to ensure we are strong mentally and physically, about how collectively we can support each other and make a difference. Each garment is organic, recycled, Vegan friendly, and our printing takes place in England using water-based inks which are kind to our planet

Good mental health begins in childhood. We want to support a nation of people who feel good. We are proud to share that 10% profit from every item sold goes to our partner charity Anna Freud National Centre for Children who provide mental health support for children, young people and their families.
