What is our Returns policy?

Of course, there are times when you just want to return your item/s and get your money back, no problem. Please ensure your item in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 14-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you.  

All returns received within 14 days will be refunded back to your original payment method.

If you are requesting a refund after 14 days (and before 30 days) of the item being delivered to you, we’ll give you a gift voucher for the equivalent value.

NOTE: Unfortunately we can not accept returns outside of the returns period above.

Faulty Items?

We’re so sorry you have received a faulty item, we always endeavour to ensure all of our items are in perfect condition when they are sent to you. Please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you asap theloversandthestars@gmail.com.

 

Dispatch

When will you dispatch my order?

Every item is made to order with dispatch times being 2-3 weeks in busy periods. Made to order means we only make what we need, and there is little to no waste, something we're very proud of.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 and should be with you within 1-2 days once the item has been dispatched.

There are occasions, such as sales and very busy periods when these times may be extended.

How long will my order take?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 and should be with you within 1-2 days once the item has left us.

I haven’t received my order?

We're so sorry to hear this. If you have not received your order, we would ask to you wait 10 days before getting in contact with us. After this date please get in touch, we'd be very happy to help.

International Orders

We don't yet deliver internationally, but we are working on it. Bear with us!
